Challenge!

I've been thinking for quite awhile that we need to do another challenge; but everyone seems to be so busy and out of energy, that I've been hesitant to post one. Finally I thought today, "Who says we have to write whole stories for a challenge? Why not just a paragraph? Or maybe even a sentence?"

So here's the challenge: Pretend like you're writing the first sentence to a future famous novel. Choose your words carefully! You want it to hook your readers right away. Remember: Just one sentence! Try to send them to me by September 7th. I'll post our sentences together.
