Copy and paste the entry into the body of your email.  Make the subject "LARK --- (insert the name of the specific challenge) Challenge" and give me a name you wish to be known by . We will review and do a guest post of your entry with your name being included to make sure you get the credit.

If you are a reader and would like to suggest a challenge: email Grace at kmgracewindows@gmail.com with the subject being "LARK challenge suggestion". We will the evaluate your idea and potentially post it.
