Who Am I?

I had trouble coming up with a Who Am I this week, so this might be pretty easy.

1)  I am a doctor.
2)  I used to share an apartment with a brilliant man.
3)  I have a British accent.

    The answer is quite obvious to me but I'm not sure if anyone else will know it. I think I'll wait and see before giving my opinion. :)

    If it is Watson, that explains why I wouldn't know it. I've never read a Sherlock Holmes in my life. About everything I know about Sherlock Holmes comes from Veggie Tales : P
